These terms govern your use of the Union Barber SMP website and services. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Union Barber SMP provides scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and related cosmetic services. Consultations are provided to assess suitability. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. SMP is a cosmetic procedure and is not medical treatment or advice.

Consultations, bookings and deposits

Free consultations are offered with no obligation. Procedure pricing, session counts, included touch-up windows and any deposit or payment terms are confirmed at your consultation. Deposits, rescheduling and cancellation terms, if any, will be explained to you in writing before booking.

Financing

Payment plans are offered through Cherry, an independent third party. Approval, terms and rates are determined solely by Cherry and are subject to their terms and conditions. Union Barber SMP does not extend credit.

SMS and communications

By providing your phone number and consent, you agree to receive calls and SMS messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Use of the website

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. Photos you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to use them solely to prepare your requested quote or preview.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Union Barber SMP and may not be reused without permission. Before-and-after images are of real clients and are published with their consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Barber SMP is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
